The owner called police after he knocked on the door and Davis told him to "f- off,". Kuebler also provided a video statement from police outlining the discoveries found by police upon searching a hotel room rented to Davis.

According to court records cited by Kuebler, an odor of marijuana was detected from Davis' room on February 7, and the owner of the hotel was told to "F*@# off!" when knocking on Davis' door. He is due in court early next month, but his attorney says Davis "adamantly maintains his innocence" and is looking forward to "clear [ing] his good name".

Big Baby Davis is remembered majorly for being a champion with the Celtics in 2008.

Davis played National Basketball Association with the Celtics, Magic and Clippers and at LSU in college.
