Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ on sale for US$35

There are quite a few different Raspberry Pi models in existence, but it's not too hard to keep them straight: new ones are better.

For those interested in using the Raspberry Pi in products that will go up for sale, the entire board is now certified as a radio module by the FCC. These include the new processor's improved power integrity, packaging, and heat spreader, and internal clocking and voltage rule tuning.

The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ has arrived, bringing with it some welcome improvements, such as a faster processor and enhanced Wi-Fi capabilities. Power-over-Ethernet is now officially supported with a separate add-on. With the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B the same base processor was used, running at 1.2GHz, but now it runs at 1.4GHz out of the box (thanks to the latest B0 revision).

ICE Spokesman Resigns Over Trump Administration's 'Misleading' Statements on Raid
In the weeks following Schaaf's tip-off, Homan, Sessions, and Trump all lambasted the Oakland mayor and cited similar figures. As the regional ICE spokesman, Schwab said this week, he had wanted to set the record straight.

The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ continues where its predecessor left off insofar as it sports a 64-bit processor and wireless connectivity. Component manufacturers have created their own workarounds, but the Raspberry Pi Foundation will launch its own dedicated PoE HAT to make use of it in the near future. The chip, which runs at 1.4GHz, throttles down to 1.2GHz if the temperatures exceed 70 degrees Celsius.

The Pi 3 Model B+ is faster, but also consumes more power and might overheat during resource intensive tasks. In testing-listed at the bottom of the review-the boost to processing power was evident across the board-from better performance in benchmarks to the faster data transfer when copying from USB. We're still looking at support for one HDMI connection, four USB 2.0 ports, as well as display and camera ports.

Without increasing the price of a Pi, the Foundation has maintained its long tradition of making enthusiasts very, very happy (judging by the excited fangirl and fanboi squeaking on Twitter and Reddit) as well as reassuring industrial clients which prefer stability to shiny that the old models will remain in production. Since then we've had many challengers to the Raspberry Pi, and it's fair to say on performance the Pi is falling behind.
