Oppo India made the announcement of Oppo F7's launch via Twitter with an image and a caption that reads as: "Make way for the all-new #OPPOF7 now with an awesome notch screen".
Oppo is known for their F series smartphones which are also known as Selfie Expert. The company has not revealed any detail about the upcoming smartphone at the time of writing except the tweet asking users to guess the name of the cricketer.
While there is no mention as to when exactly the device would lauch, Oppo Mobile India had posted the tweet along with a launch date of March 26.

Oppo Electronics has started teasing the launch of its next smartphone, the Oppo F7 in India. While Vivo is yet to share any details of this smartphone, live images that have leaked online reveal that this phone will come with iPhone X-like notch up top.
Like majority of OPPO smartphones, last year's OPPO F5 was a selfie-centric smartphone that came with a 20 MP front camera, but, the OPPO F7 is said to come with a 25 MP selfie camera. The company is also reportedly planning to integrate Artificial Intelligence capabilities, to amplify the captured selfies.
In terms of rumoured features, the device will feature a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 along with an 89.09 percent screen-to- body-ratio. Additionally, it would also be equipped with enhanced real-tile HDR with AR Stickers and improved beauty features which you can use in real time while taking Selfies using the phone's front facing camera. The device is getting launched on the coming March 26 in India and soon the company will make this device available to more mid-range markets around the world including China and other Asian countries.
