The 19-year-old posted 84.60 in her third and final run to finish behind Switzerland's Sarah Hoefflin, who claimed gold ahead of compatriot Mathilde Gremaud.
Meanwhile, team-mate Katie Summerhayes posted scores of 61.40, 71.40 and 23.20 - with the second of those ensuring she finished seventh overall. Britain's Isabel Atkin won bronze.
And she delivered under extreme pressure, recovering from an error on her first qualifying run to reach the final in nerveless style. "The overall riding by all the females, I can't even begin to tell you ... the progression of women's freeskiing has been pushed so hard these past few years and just to be a part of it is an honor".
"But I was really lucky in the finals because I didn't have any wind in my runs, compared to some of the others".

Austrian skier Lara Wolf has made a painful exit from her first Winter Olympics.
"We came out today and wanted to have the most amount of fun. I would have been stoked with anything but I am really happy with third".

"I wish it could have gone better but it's just skiing". Atkin ended her dream by scoring three points better than the budding star.
