Nokia 6 With 4GB RAM Launched in India at ₹16999

Nokia has today announced the launch of the 4GB RAM variant of its budget device, the Nokia 6.

While the Nokia 6 was launched with Android Nougat, the smartphone now runs on Android Oreo operating system.

After HMD Global launched the Nokia 6 last year in September, and succeeded it with a 2018 version, the company has now refreshed last year's Nokia 6 with a new 4GB RAM variant. The phone will be available exclusively on Flipkart from February 20th onwards with a sale and interested buyers can now add themselves under "Notify me" list on the Nokia 6 (4GB) page on the website. It will be available in a Matte Black colour variant. The new Nokia 6 4GB RAM variant will be available for a "best buy" price of Rs 16,999, which is Rs 2,000 more than the Rs 14,999 price tag of the older model.

To recall, the Nokia 6 features a metal unibody design with a glossy finish. The device features a full HD display screen of 5.5-inch and a resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels.

Valentine's Day is a chance to express appreciation for loved ones
So, go volunteer at your local animal shelter or soup kitchen and spread the love, because what you give is what you get. However, Tawhidi also added that outside of the date "there should be no problem in celebrating love or loving someone".

Bear in mind, though, that this new model is not the Nokia 6 (2018) that we recently reported would be coming to India soon, but is just the 4GB RAM variant of the 2017 Nokia 6 that was unveiled in China way back in January past year.

Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor along with Adreno 505 GPU. The storage is now 64GB, compared to the earlier 32GB, though it is still expandable to another 128GB via a microSD card slot.

Coming to the camera department, the Nokia 6 features a 16MP primary camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture and dual LED flash. The Nokia 6 has an 8-megapixel autofocus front camera with a f/2.0 aperture and an 84-degree wide-angle lens.

The phone is powered by a 3000 mAh non-removable battery. For connectivity, the smartphone supports options like dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, AGPS, NFC and micro USB port.
