Yes, it appears that Instagram users have begun receiving notifications that the app is implenting new security measures, namely the fact that any screenshot taken of a user's "story" will send a notification to that user, alerting them to your action. Some users guilty of screenshotting stories have already received pop-up warnings from the app that states rather ominously, "Next time you take a screenshot or screen recording, the person who posted the story will be able to see it". So, if they don't bother checking this tab, they won't see their potential stalkers.
