WWE megastar John Cena is reportedly in talks to play trash talking macho man Duke Nukem. You read that, apparently Michael Bay's production company Platinum Dunes is producing a movie based on my buddy Duke. No director or writer has been approached yet for the movie.

After a long and troubled development cycle, the latest entry in the video game franchise, Duke Nukem Forever, was released in 2011 and garnered a mediocre reception from critics.

For John Cena, this seems like an odd role for an actor who has built his brand around being a kid friendly, politically correct hero-the exact opposite of who Duke Nukem is.
