A source told the publication Lee reportedly walked around naked and asked his nurses to pleasure him in the shower.
Lee attended The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) on April 21-23 which is when the alleged attack is believed to have happened.
"Various anonymous individuals have attempted to extort money from based on false allegations, but when we have asked them to identify themselves and provide their full legal names and information, they have, not surprisingly, gone radio silent", the statement said.
Lallas added that instead, Lee is being "extorted" with demands for pay and is being threatened if he does not comply.
A representative for the nursing company confirmed several nurses have complained and the owner of the company has spoken to Lee directly, but the company stopped working for him at the end of 2016.
Lee is the former president and chairman of Marvel and co-created Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, the X-Men, Hulk among many other beloved comic book heroes.
The incidents follow the news that someone stole and forged a check from Stan Lee in the amount of $300,000. "He's also very handsy and has groped some of the women, it's unacceptable behavior, especially from an icon like Stan".
