The Daily Telegraph report that Jessica's life support was turned off earlier today [11 January], with the publication also claiming that 50-year-old Craig Whitall, the driver of the other auto involved in the accident, had previously been subject to a nine-year driving ban and had as many as 10 convictions for driving while disqualified.
Ms Falkholt and her sister Annabelle were pulled from the crash, as the vehicles went up in flames, but her parents died in the burning auto, along with the 4WD's driver.

Officers could not confirm if Whitall, who also died at the scene, had been using his mobile phone at the time of the crash, according to the Daily Telegraph.
