A Norwegian cruise ship sailed through the blizzard from the Bahamas to NY - and a few passengers caught it on video.
"When you're on a boat in the middle of the ocean and water is pouring down the stairs, you're thinking 'this is not going to end well".
"The waves were over 40 feet and it was continuous - children crying, people seasick, vomiting all over the boat".
Fellow passenger Emma Franzese told CBS New York once the ship docked: "I'm completely traumatized".
The cruise was battered by the "bomb cyclone", with wild waves and flooded levels turning family holidays into nightmares.
