Assassin's Creed Rogue will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 20.

Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered was created by Ubisoft Sofia, the same studio that developed Assassin's Creed Rogue to begin with.

Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered will, of course, include the base game, as well as all of the DLC that was released for the game.

The game came out on PC about a year after it released on the Xbox 360 and PS3, so I don't know if the upgrades and updates in the PC version are what's going to make its way into the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game. Not to mention, ACR Remastered each and every weapon, outfit, and customization item in the Master Templar and Explorer packs, in addition the hero Bayek's legacy outfit from the franchise's most recently released installment, Assassin's Creed Origins. This has been rumored for quite a while and there were even “leaks” with some Italian retail outlets a couple months ago but Ubisoft finally confirmed it today.

New And Improved Naval Gameplay Cast off in your ship, the Morrigan, and fight your way through the icy seas of the North Atlantic and the narrow waters of America's river valleys.

Assassins Creed Rogue is getting the remastered treatment and will arrive in March.

The Remaster will feature a number of enhancements, including 4K support for both the Xbox One X and the PS4 Pro, but players on standard consoles will also benefit from things like better environment rendering, denser crowds, and higher resolution textures and shadows. Playing as Shay Patrick Cormac, you'll chart a journey from fearless member of the Assassin's order to bitter and committed Templar, dedicated to hunting down and killing his former brothers. The company released a small teaser trailer showing off the new level of visual fidelity they hope to achieve with the Remaster, which you can check out below.
