The Uber driver took two more passengers home, but ended his shift early because of the "negative vibes", he said in a Facebook post.
A Dallas public prosecutor was sacked from her position after admitting she threatened and insulted an Uber driver during a ride last week. He said he proceeded to pull over but initially hesitated to call the police, saying he wanted to give Warner a "chance" after she told him she was a district attorney.
Platt said he guessed Warner had been drinking, and recorded her comments on his cellphone. Platt then called the police and that's when he said the woman hit him.
What happened during the ride?
Warner explained Tuesday that she became concerned by the driver's actions when he started taking a route that she did not know, and particularly when he turned down a wrong street.
"So under the law, it's recklessly keeping me from where I was going and you have done that", the woman said.
He reported the incident to Uber and was guaranteed that he wouldn't be matched with her again.
"I said, 'Nope, that's it, ' and I pulled over on the side of the road", Platt said.
Platt: "I'm waiting for the cops". So do you want to take me home or do you want to stay here?

According to Mr Platt, Ms Warner continued name-calling and berating him.
"After reviewing this incident and speaking with the complainant who called 911, the Dallas Police Department has determined that the officer's involvement was within departmental policies and procedures", Dallas Police said in a statement.
Warner, a six-year veteran prosecutor working in the district attorney's crime against children unit, continued chiding Platt before slapping him on the shoulder. She says "no, make a right here.' I said 'I'm required by Uber to follow the GPS.' She said 'no, make a right here" and she became kinda belligerent.
"We expect riders to treat drivers with respect".
Uber told HuffPost they are looking into the incident in question. Although criminal charges have not been filed, her behavior is contrary to this office's core principle of integrity, and it will not be tolerated.' . "As public servants, we represent the people of Dallas County and are examples of justice, professionalism, and ethical behavior both inside and outside of the courtroom".
"After careful consideration and a thorough investigation, I have made a decision to terminate Ms. Warner".
