After a few more seconds and further arguing, Gollogly gets close to Stipe and says, "Get the f-- out of my office", as he leads her out the front door.

During the incident in the waiting room, Gallogly charges toward Stipe, shouting and jabbing a pointed finger toward her face. "Go to the ER and wait for nine hours".

He continues to yell at Stipe as he screams: "get the f*** out of my office". As the doctor escorts her and her daughter out of the building, he discovers her daughter had been recording the confrontation and he is seen taking her phone. However, till 7:45 p.m. she was not seen by the doctor despite being in severe pain and she had apparently thrown up in a trash can also.

Stipe stands by her story as she said: "I don't want anybody else in my community or any other community to receive that type of care or behavior towards them". Stipe claims that is not true and said the video shows the only altercation that transpired.

"At that point, fine, get the damnation out", the specialist answers, indicating the entryway. She asked for her $80 copayment back.

The whole confrontation was recorded by Stipe's daughter and posted on Facebook.

The woman said she asked for her co-pay money back so she could rest at home but Gallogly became furious that she asked to be reimbursed.
