Tyrese Says The Rock Is a Selfish Person: 'That's F-ed Up'

Considering how Tyrese Gibson has been open about his distaste for Dwayne Johnson and his spinoff film, and now - finally - he's responded.

In footage obtained by Complex, The Rock emerged from his trailer to give "a shout out" to Tyrese for his 2015 album "Black Rose".

In the TMZ video, Gibson reclines in the back seat of a limo while giving his frank appraisal of his The Fate Of The Furious co-star. Thank you UNIVERSAL STUDIOS for being tremendous partners who see the big picture and for coming to us years ago with this spinoff idea.

Sitting in a luxurious white limo, Tyrese says to a TMZ reporter, "I wish he was releasing it at a different time".

Tyrese Gibson had accused Johnson of "flying solo" in creating the spin-off movie from the action movie franchise, when he believes the stars should stick together. "I just got a problem with Dwayne, it appears that he's being selfish, it appears that he's so focused on furthering his own self-interests". It shouldn't be called Black Rose. That someone, whoever he or she may be (it's definitely Vin Diesel), was right: The Rock calls it "the biggest piece of dog sh*t that I have ever heard".

Tyrese captioned the video "Haters come in many forms. In my Kanye voice #BlackRose is one of the greatest R&B Soul Albums of all time". Meanwhile, The Rock has remained largely silent, save for the aforementioned subliminal, and it doesn't seem like he'll speak out on this anytime soon.

Tennessee to start redshirt freshman at QB against SC
The redshirt freshman has played sparingly this year, completing 12 of 24 passes this season for 54 yards, one TD and no picks. Dormady has thrown six interceptions and lost two fumbles in Tennessee's last four games. "We know what happened".

The actor lashed on Instagram at his co-star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson whom he blames the delay on. The film's original debut date was set for 2019.

Far be it from me to disagree with Mr Gibson, I'm not sure you can attribute the entirety of Fast & Furious 8's success on keeping its planned release date.

In an Instagram post - seriously, why is everyone posting on Instagram nowadays? This scene was filmed in Puerto Rico, I can remember it like it was yesterday. The Fast and the Furious family - the fans, the tribe, the people that's been rocking with us for 16 years - you know, pushing our release date back... it's only happened one time in the history of the Fast and the Furious [franchise], is when we lost our brother, Paul Walker.

He says, "Everything counts", apparently in reference to money issues.

Johnson added: "I never want to hear it again and I'm never going to f-king forgive him for wasting my time".
