According to Nintendo, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will arrive exclusively for the Switch on December 1, 2017. The sequel has been expected for some time.

Now a Switch version of Skyrim is set for November 13, 2017, as announced during Wednesday's Nintendo Direct video, which also contained news of another long-awaited adventure, Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has become one of the most-desired games for RPG fans on the Nintendo Switch, and with good reason - while Xenoblade Chronicles X was a bit of an iffy entry in the series, the original Xenoblade on Wii is beloved for good reason - it's an absolutely incredible game. Along with the release date, Nintendo has also revealed the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Special Edition.
