The Kevin Owens show truly came to life on SmackDown last night when he viciously attacked WWE Chairman Vince McMahon in the middle of the ring.

It was on the aforementioned "Sin City" edition of SmackDown that Owens knocked Vince down with a vicious headbutt which cut the latter open.

In case you didn't know...

... It's a great line for an obnoxious heel such as Owens, but the September 12 episode of "SmackDown Live" truly was "The Kevin Owens Show" in my opinion.

It was meant to be a "good for business" step, but WWE boss Vince McMahon got busted in the hands of Kevin Ownes in the most horrifying way early Wednesday morning on this week's episode of SmackDown Live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Agents and referees rushed in to assist Vince, then Owens left as Stephanie McMahon came to the ring and yelled at him, then Vince was heard talking about his injured ribs as the show closed.

Shane McMahon had attacked Owens on last week.

There's certainly no denying Owens is an outstanding heel. His merciless beatdown of Vince McMahon was one of the most heated segments on WWE television in some time. I just hope the powers that be in WWE realize the only result that makes sense is Owens winning. The 71-year-olf first reinstated his son, then announced that there will be a Hell in a Cell next month between Shane and Owens. Owens agreed to the match but not before seeking one condition: permission to lay into a McMahon.

Hogan has never been shy about his love for Kevin Owens.
