A Jacksonville Pizza Hut is under fire for putting workers at risk ahead of Hurricane Irma.
"You can not evacuate Friday for a Tuesday storm event!" it reads.
Pizza Hut disavowed the harsh policy after images of the memo began to spread on social media.
A rep for Pizza Hut did not respond to a request for comment. The memo had statements written in it, workers whoever if fails to the assigned shifts at job would be further considered a "no show/no call" and a written document will be issued regarding it.

Jacksonville authorities issued the first evacuation orders for parts of the city on Friday.
A memo from the manager outlining his view of storm protocol was circulated widely on social media and picked up by several publications including the Washington Post. All employees were contacted after the franchise group in charge of the store was made aware of the notice and reassured that their health and safety was of the utmost importance, the spokesperson said.
Pizza Hut said in a statement posted to its website on Monday, "We absolutely do not have a policy where team members can return from a disaster".
Terfehr added that a franchise operator "addressed the situation" with the manager in question.
