Putin says solving North Korea crisis without diplomatic tools is 'impossible'

Washington is urging the UN Security Council to apply new sanctions in response to North Korea's latest nuclear test.

At his meeting with Moon today, Putin agreed that resolving the North Korea nuclear issue is the most urgent task facing the global community.
