Break-in at Sen. Dean Heller's Las Vegas Office

Las Vegas Metro police told Fox 5 Vegas that someone broke into the office lobby in the morning. Patrol officers determined that a burglary did not occur, but they did find a threatening note addressed to the senator near the door to his office.

On Sunday, Las Vegas police confirmed the entry, but did not confirm reports indicating a threatening note was left for the Senator.

Heller has made headlines recently as a possible swing vote on the Senate's healthcare legislation.
